Pro Life or Pro Choice?

I was reminiscing about my school years and have some thoughts about biology.  Its been a few years, so my memory may be off a little.  Throughout nature we see a seed or an egg.  we also observe some form of "fertilization".  The "gamete" meets the "zygote", fertilization occurs and we have the beginning of a new organism.  Pretty simple, whether you are talking about a green bean, or a puppy, even we humans begin this way.  Once the fertilization has occurred, the organism is defined by its genetic code.  If we are talking about green beans, then we recognize from the plant and flower that we have green beans coming.  The same goes for most complex creatures, though there are some exceptions in the microscopic world.

OK, so the combination of the genetic material from the "male" gamete, and the "female" zygote combine to form an organism that is part of each, but not identical to either.  Stick with me, I'm trying to not be too boring, just making a point.

Consider us humans.  We get some parts from our Fathers, and some from our Mothers. We are unique.  The child that is growing in the mothers womb is dependent on its mothers body for everything, but they are not the same person.  The child is as unique as its mother.

Now consider that the DNA of the child defines its eye color, hair color, skin tone.  I also believe that within that genetic code are the sound of its voice, and the sound of its laughter.  When the child is destroyed, its personality is also destroyed.  Its laughter is silenced.  Its thoughts are erased.  Its potential is cut off.

When I hear someone espouse the belief that it is "their body, their choice", it is not true.

Recently there was a story about two pit bull puppies that were abandoned at a dumpster.  People were energized at the thought of helping these pups.  We saw stories about their progress and eventual adoption.

What about the child that is "abandoned" on the  abortionists table.  It is just as unwanted as these two puppies were, just as abandoned.  According to our governor, Ralph Northam, it will be made comfortable while the mother and the doctors decide what to do.  Let that sink in...while they decide what to do.

I have an idea, lets call these unwanted children puppies, and the world will rally around them.
